Already 60% of apartments sold in ŚwiatoVida Warsaw – record interest in the early stage of construction!

Despite being in the early stages of construction, 60% of the apartments in Phase I have already found their future owners. Currently, on Building A, we are working on the ceiling above level -2 and the walls and columns of level -1. We are also excited to announce that construction on Building B2 has begun, where we are now installing micropiles to anchor the foundation slab.

Most popular layouts and preparations for the next phase

In Phase I, 60% of apartments have already been sold. The most popular units are one-bedroom apartments ranging from 28–31 m² and two-bedroom apartments from 34–41 m², which have been selling the fastest.
