Despite being in the early stages of construction, 60% of the apartments in Phase I have already found their future owners. Currently, on Building A, we are working on the ceiling above level -2 and the walls and columns of level -1. We are also excited to announce that construction on Building B2 has begun, where we are now installing micropiles to anchor the foundation slab.
In Phase I, 60% of apartments have already been sold. The most popular units are one-bedroom apartments ranging from 28–31 m² and two-bedroom apartments from 34–41 m², which have been selling the fastest. To meet the high demand, we are preparing to launch sales for Phase II, featuring Building B2 with 131 apartments. “We have ensured a variety of apartment sizes so that everyone can find their perfect home, whether they are singles or families seeking more space,” says Monika Kudełko, Director of Strategy and Marketing Communication.
