Our focus is on real estate development in Poland. Over the past decades, we have developed and sold over 6.500 residential units to homeowners. We are also active in the microliving sector with our PRS and PBSA projects. Our group of companies includes several companies in Poland and Germany.

We choose the locations for our investments with great care. We concentrate our activities mainly in Poland. Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice and Lodz are cities with great economic and cultural potential, which play a very important role on the map of Poland.
In Germany and Switzerland, we have investments in attractive major cities such as Mannheim, Heidelberg, Zurich and Davos.

At the beginning of 2022, we decided to collaborate with One Tree Planted. This is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to planting trees in countries around the world. Their goal is to restore forests, create habitat for biodiversity and have a positive social impact around the world.
As a developer of real estate projects, we know how important it is to take care of the environment and find a balance between building homes for people and protecting nature. That’s why we decided to donate $5 to plant trees for every apartment built, to help protect the environment and support the reforestation of the world’s forests.
