Braniborska 44 is located in the center of Wroclaw, just 1 km from the Market Square. The project assumed the construction of 2 residential and service buildings connected by a common patio, landscaped with greenery and elements of small architecture. On the first floor, on the side of Braniborska Street, service premises with large glass windows were envisaged. The investment includes 319 apartments.

Mogilska Apartments are located in the Grzegórzki district close to the center of Krakow. The investment includes 4 buildings (2 14-story buildings and 2 4-story buildings) with 305 apartments with a total area of almost 11,500 sq m.
