All Apartments Sold at the Dolna Street Estate in Gliwice!

We are pleased to announce that we have sold all the apartments in our investment on Dolna Street in Gliwice. This is an important moment for us—not only because of the project’s success, but also because it marks our return to Gliwice after many years of intensive activity in Katowice.

3 stages, 5 buildings

The project was carried out in three stages, comprising a total of five low-rise, four-storey residential buildings. Work began at the end of 2022, with Buildings A and B delivered first, offering 36 apartments and parking spaces, including spots for people with disabilities. The next stage, started in December 2023, brought Buildings C and D—with a further 43 apartments and nearly 50 parking spaces. The last building (Building E) is still under construction and, although completion is scheduled for the end of 2025, all units have already been sold—clear proof of the trust our clients have placed in us.

The environmental side of the project is just as important. Photovoltaic panels installed on the buildings power the common areas—lifts and the lighting in stairwells and corridors. This means lower running costs for residents, while the entire estate draws on clean, renewable energy that needs no external supply and generates almost no maintenance costs.
