Nova Mikołowska Recognized on the International Stage

We are proud to announce that our Katowice-based development, Nova Mikołowska, has been honored with the Award Winner title in the prestigious International Property Awards 2025–2026, in the category of Architecture Multiple Residence!

The International Property Awards is one of the most highly regarded competitions in the real estate industry worldwide — often referred to as the “Oscars of Real Estate.” Held annually in the United Kingdom, the awards serve as a global benchmark for excellence in architectural design, execution quality, and functionality.

Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of several dozen experts from around the world, including architects, developers, investors, and industry professionals. The jury is chaired by members of the British House of Lords, further underlining the prestige of the competition.

On October 23, 2025, a gala awards ceremony will be held in London. During the event, winners from individual countries will be announced, and the best projects will receive the prestigious 5 Star award and compete in the European final for the title of Best in Europe.

Nova Mikołowska is a standout residential and commercial project located in the very heart of Katowice — just a short walk from the city’s market square and main railway station.
