This month Activ Investment is celebrating 25 years of our activity!

During this time we have become one of the leading developers in the south of Poland, beating our own records in selling apartments and carrying out residential investments in Krakow, Katowice and Wrocław.

We are proud of almost 5500 apartments constructed in 72 buildings, which were built as part of 27 residential investments in Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Zabrze and Gliwice.  This is almost 220,000 m2 of residential space and 30,500 m2 of commercial space.

Our most important investments include, among others. Four Towers – one of the biggest residential and service complexes in Silesia with 527 apartments and over 6500 m2 of commercial area, Braniborska 44 – two buildings with 319 apartments in the center of Wrocław, Konopnicka City Park – two buildings with 347 flats in the center of Cracow and Nova Mikołowska – big residential and service complex in the center of Katowice with 353 apartments and over 1500 m2 of commercial area. We also built one of the largest housing estates in Krakow on Okulickiego Street for over 1000 apartments.

At present, 3 more investments with almost 650 apartments are under construction and many new projects are in the pipeline. We also plan to expand into new cities to make 2021 a year of growth and new challenges.
