Activ Investment Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest and most important property and project development companies in the south of Poland. The approximately 55 employees work at the headquarters in Krakow and in the branches in the Silesian metropolises of Katowice and Wroclaw. In 2023, further branches will be opened in Warsaw, Rzeszów, and in the innovative metropolis of Lodz.

Technika Betonu Wodoszczelnego Sp. z o.o. is a specialized engineering company with a nationwide reach, which introduced TBW (so-called White Bathtub) waterproofing technology to the domestic construction market on a large scale in 1999. This technology makes it possible to achieve durable and extremely effective protection of new reinforced concrete structures from the effects of groundwater and rainwater.

We build for investment funds and institutional investors

As a developer operating for more than 35 years, we have experience in realising housing investments, constantly looking for new ways of development.

Responding to market needs, we implement a unique project for Zeitgeist Asset Management (company specializing in development services and asset management for private and institutional investors). We will build a building, including serviced apartments rented for a short period of time, partly also intended for accommodation of students. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024, at which time the building will be handed over to the Zeitraum subsidiary, which will be the operator. The project is being built under BREEAM certification. Our company also sticks to the rules of ESG.
