Activ Investment is a Polish real estate development company operating on the market since 1996. The company implements residential projects in the largest cities in Poland – Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, and Gliwice – focusing on well-connected locations with high investment potential.

The scope of its activities covers the entire investment process – from land acquisition and concept development to implementation and sale of apartments. Technika Betonu Wodoszczelnego Sp. z o.o. is a specialized engineering company with a nationwide reach, which introduced TBW (so-called White Bathtub) waterproofing technology to the domestic construction market on a large scale in 1999. This technology makes it possible to achieve durable and extremely effective protection of new reinforced concrete structures from the effects of groundwater and rainwater.

Responding to market needs, we have completed a unique project for Zeitgeist Asset Management, a company specialising in development services and asset management for private and institutional investors.
The investment at Racławicka Street in Kraków has been delivered as a modern, BREEAM-certified ZEITRAUM building, combining high living comfort with a prime location just minutes from the city centre. The project also reflects our commitment to ESG principles.
The building includes 289 student accommodation places and 182 fully furnished rental apartments, both operated by ZEITRAUM Hospitality & Living, a subsidiary of Zeitgeist Asset Management. In September 2025, the building welcomed its first residents, turning the completed development into a vibrant space for learning and everyday life.
