A new investment in Krakow – an intimate estate with 36 apartments will be built

We are pleased to announce the start of pre-sales of apartments in the new development “Kameralny Ruczaj” in Cracow. There are two buildings on offer, which will include a total of 36 apartments with green gardens of up to 168 m².

Recently, we have focused our activities mainly on Płaszów, where we are implementing the Staw Płaszowski II investment. In September, however, we decided to expand our offer to Ruczaj, acquiring a plot of land on Ruczaj Street, located just a 10-minute walk from our headquarters.

Why Ruczaj district?

Ruczaj district is of special importance to Activ Investment. The purchase of this plot allowed us to create a project close to where our company has been headquartered for over 20 years. “Kameralny Ruczaj” is a response to the growing demand for apartments in this area, as well as an opportunity to create a friendly place to live in a well-connected yet green part of the city.

The new project includes the construction of two intimate buildings with 36 apartments with varying layouts: from 2-room units with areas ranging from 44 to 51 sqm to spacious 3-room units with areas ranging from 55 to 63 sqm.
