The long-awaited project in the heart of Katowice is approaching. In mid-2025, we purchased one of the best-located plots in the city center – at the intersection of Mikołowska and Strzelecka Streets. This is where an intimate, premium-class residential building with 18 apartments will be developed, designed with comfort and a high quality of life in mind. Surrounded by greenery, the new project will soon enrich the Katowice real estate market.

The development will be located next to NOVA Mikołowska – one of Activ Investment’s flagship projects, which achieved great sales success and was recognized in prestigious architectural competitions for its urban coherence and design quality. Continuing this concept, our company is planning a modern building surrounded by greenery, forming a natural complement to the existing architecture in this part of the city.

Preparatory work is currently underway

The project will include apartments ranging from 37 to 95 m², designed with functionality, high finishing standards, and generous natural light in mind. Prices will start from PLN 10,850 per m². Concept and design work, as well as the administrative procedures required to obtain building permits, are in progress. Construction is planned to begin later this year.
