Completion of two investments in Poland

In June, we successfully completed the construction of our Apartamenty Wadowicka and Apartamenty Mogilska projects in Krakow. A total of 500 apartments with a total area of almost 20,000 m² were completed on schedule.

The Mogilska Apartments are located in Grzegórzki, one of the most popular districts of Krakow. This special investment project was built here in several stages, in the immediate vicinity of the city center. A total of four five- and fifteen-story apartment buildings were constructed. We are pleased to announce that the handover of keys to the future residents has now started.

Wadowicka Apartments are a prestigious address in the cityscape of Krakow. They are located just one kilometer from the old Podgórze district and the Vistula boulevards (20 minutes walk from the buildings to the boulevards). This development consists of four residential buildings in a five-story complex with a very private character. The modern architecture, the very attractively designed apartments and the excellent quality of the building materials used convinced the investors. Long before the end of construction, all the properties were sold. The new residents have already moved into their new apartments here.

We are currently developing three further investments in Kraków. In the northern district of Prądnik Biały, we are erecting two residential buildings (“Banacha II”) with 230 apartments. Construction has already started here. Our sales offer also includes two further investments in the Płaszów district (“Wodna 34”), one of the most popular bathing and leisure locations in Kraków near the Bagry reservoir. Spread over two buildings, 105 apartments will be built there. Construction work will be completed in 2022 – 2023.

Work is also continuing in Katowice. A large complex with 20 commercial units and 353 apartments is currently being built here. Construction began in Q3 2020 and will continue until Q2 2022.
