We recently reported on the completion of construction of the first stage of the housing estate on Dolna Street in Gliwice and the obtaining of a legally binding permit for use. Now the most awaited moment has arrived – handing over the keys to the apartments! This is a special moment both for our residents and for the entire team, which has worked with commitment on the realization of this investment.

An intimate estate in an excellent location

The first stage included a total of 36 modern apartments, designed with the comfort of future tenants in mind. The offer includes functional two- and three-room apartments (40-60 sqm), as well as spacious four-room units (up to 84 sqm). First floor units are equipped with private terraces, the largest of which is as large as 120 m².
