The “Złotych Orłów” housing estate in Nowa Huta consists of nine residential buildings with a total of 1,023 apartments. The estate offers its residents a number of commercial and service outlets, kindergartens and nurseries, and even a fenced playground for children. Its construction began in 2004 and lasted 11 years. About 2,600 people have settled in the “Złotych Orłów” Estate.
An undoubted advantage of the location of the estate, is very good communication with the city center, which can be reached in less than a quarter of an hour. Also noteworthy is the excellently developed surrounding infrastructure. In the vicinity of the investment there are schools, a kindergarten, numerous shopping facilities, service facilities, as well as a hospital and a clinic.
