New land purchase in Lodź

Activ Investment is expanding its land bank. We have purchased a plot of more than 47,000 sq m in an attractive location in Lodz, a town 120 km from Warsaw.

Lodz has been developing very dynamically in recent years, becoming one of the most interesting cities in Poland. Once the most industrialized city in Poland, today it aspires to become the greenest.

The city is taking special care of its post-industrial identity, revitalizing former factories, turning them into centers for living and meeting residents, while becoming a leader in sustainable development.

Gaining global recognition, Lodz was ranked in National Geographic’s list of 25 “BEST OF THE WORLD 2022” distinguished places. Lodz was also considered one of the best and most favorable places for travel enthusiasts to visit. The city received this honor in the highly prestigious Lonely Planet Best in Travel 2019 list.

In the north of this unique city, Activ Investment has acquired a very attractive plot of land, located just 2.7 kilometers from the historic Manufaktura shopping center, a landmark of Lodz.  The 47,000-square-meter site will be home to 11 residential buildings. Design work on the planned development is currently underway.
