Nova Mikołowska in Katowice – Completion of construction of the first stage

The construction of the first stage of the Nova Mikołowska project has been completed. The building has already received a valid occupancy permit and we will soon begin the procedure of handing over apartments.

The project involves the construction of 2 residential and commercial buildings in the quarter of Mikołowska / Raciborska / Strzelecka streets in Katowice. In addition to 353 apartments and 20 commercial units, the investment provides for attractive green recreational areas located in 2 private courtyards and 3 public squares with a total area of over 2000 m².

Construction of the first stage (building B) began in the third quarter of 2020. From the beginning, the project attracted great interest from both investment and private customers. 187 apartments were sold long before the completion of construction.

The second stage of the Nova Mikołowska project (Building A) is currently under construction. All apartments and commercial units are also already sold, and construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

Nova Mikołowska is our fourth investment in Katowice. Previously, in the capital of Upper Silesia, we completed residential developments on Chorzowska Street, Krzywoustego Street and Karolina Street.
