Nova Mikołowska wins another award: Architecture MasterPrize 2025! Our latest investment, “City Garden,” designed by the same architects.

The international jury of the Architecture MasterPrize 2025 has awarded the title of Winner to Nova Mikołowska, a residential development in Katowice. This marks the fourth major distinction for the project designed by the architectural studio UCEES. The very same team of architects is also behind the concept of our latest investment — Nova Mikołowska City Garden.

The award in the category Residential Architecture – Multi-Unit Housing confirms that the design solutions proposed by our architects are recognized and appreciated worldwide. The success of the completed phase serves as the strongest recommendation for the emerging Nova Mikołowska City Garden. Entrusting the design process to the repeatedly awarded UCEES studio ensures that the new development will meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality. Recognition from Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) — one of the most prestigious global architectural competitions — is a clear mark of quality. This year’s edition featured projects from over 80 countries worldwide. Nova Mikołowska’s victory places Katowice’s contemporary architecture firmly on the global map.
