Summary of 2024: A year full of success and development

The year 2024 will go down in the history of our company as a time of dynamic growth, intensive activities and numerous successes. Among the most important achievements, it is worth mentioning the opening of a new branch in Warsaw and the commissioning of more than 380 apartments in investments in Krakow and Gliwice, which for our customers marked the beginning of a new stage in their lives.

At present, we are developing projects comprising almost 870 apartments and commercial premises, (including the investment carried out for the Zeitgeist Asset Management fund). We are planning further ambitious projects that will expand our portfolio by several hundred new apartments.

Warsaw – key opening of a new branch

The most important event of the year was undoubtedly the opening of our branch in Warsaw. At the end of 2023, we purchased a plot of land on Pałuków Street, and already in February 2024 we officially began operations in the capital. In April, construction began on the first stage of the development, comprising 173 apartments. Interest in the investment exceeded our expectations – after just six months we sold 70% of the apartments. This success allowed us to quickly launch the second stage with another 133 units.

Successes in Krakow

The year 2024 brought significant progress in our investments in Krakow. In January, we completed the “Staw Płaszowski” project, obtaining an occupancy permit. This is an intimate project comprising 49 apartments with areas ranging from 31 to 68 sqm. Its unique asset is its picturesque location right by the Płaszowski Pond, which combines proximity to nature with the convenience of city life.
In the middle of the year, the “Staw Płaszowski II” project – our latest investment in the Płaszów area – was launched. It includes 36 apartments and is an excellent complement to the earlier stage. This project closes our operations in this part of Krakow, but maintains the quality standards that have won the approval of our customers.
September brought a new project in a new location in Krakow. Just a 10-minute walk from our sales office, we began construction of the “Kameralny Ruczaj” project.  Two buildings are planned for the construction of 36 two- and three-room apartments, ideal for people who appreciate the proximity of urban infrastructure and recreational areas of Zakrzówek. This is an investment that harmoniously combines the convenience of living in the city with the possibility of active recreation in nature.

Gliwice – dynamic development

Gliwice invariably remains one of the key cities in our business. The year 2024 was exceptionally intense and full of successes for the “Osiedle Area Park” project. In January, we completed the sale of the first stage (buildings A and B) and the construction of the second stage, including buildings C and D, began. In May 2024, stage III of the project – an intimate building E with 19 apartments – also went on sale.
The end of the year brought a particularly joyous moment – the handing over of the keys to the first stage of the Osiedle Area Park” . Buildings A and B were completed on schedule, and 36 apartments went to their new owners.

Prestigious awards

The year 2024 brought our company a unique distinction – the “Nova Mikołowska” estate in Katowice won the SARP Award of the Year for the best multifamily building. This is one of the most prestigious honors in Polish architecture, awarded by the Association of Polish Architects, which emphasizes the highest design standards and exceptional quality of execution.

Nova Mikołowska, designed by the UCEES studio, harmoniously combines modern architectural solutions with the character of Katowice’s historic buildings. The complex consists of two residential and commercial buildings, offering 353 modern apartments and 20 commercial units. The project also includes the creation of more than 2,000 sqm of recreational spaces, including green courtyards and open squares, which are conducive to recreation and integration of residents.
Thanks to its unique location in the area of Mikolowska, Raciborska and Strzelecka Streets and its well-thought-out design, the development has become a modern yet friendly place to live in the heart of Katowice. For us, the SARP award is not only something to be proud of, but also an inspiration to continue creating spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics and care for the local community.

Handing over the keys – more than 380 new residents

Among the most important achievements of 2024, in addition to the opening of the Warsaw branch, is the handover of more than 380 apartments in developments in Krakow and Gliwice, which for our customers marked the beginning of a new stage in their lives.

What’s next?
