ŚwiatoVida Development Sold Out. A Successful Warsaw Debut for Activ Investment

All 305 apartments in the ŚwiatoVida development on Pałuków Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district have found buyers. Activ Investment completed the sale of the entire project before construction was even finished, marking a major milestone in its debut on the Warsaw housing market.

The excellent sales results go hand in hand with smooth project execution. Building B1 is already in its final stages, while construction of Building B2 will wrap up ahead of schedule. Rather than the original March 2027 completion date, work is now set to finish before the end of 2026.

All 305 apartments have found buyers

ŚwiatoVida is being built on Pałuków Street, right next to Galeria Północna shopping center. The project comprises two buildings with a total of 305 apartments in a range of sizes and functional layouts.

From the very start of sales, the development attracted strong interest from both buyers looking for a place to live and investors purchasing for rental purposes.

The project’s appeal came from a combination of modern architecture, thoughtfully designed apartment layouts, and a location offering easy access to shops, services, public transport, and everyday amenities.

The construction of Building B1 is entering its final phase

Construction of Building B1 is nearly complete. All key structural and installation elements are finished, including the façade, roof, window joinery, plastering, and flooring.

Work now underway focuses mainly on final finishing touches and cleanup in the common areas. Landscaping of the patio and surrounding grounds is also in progress.

The building has already taken on its final appearance, and on-site work is now centered on refining the details and preparing the building for the upcoming handover stages.

Building B2 finishing ahead of schedule

Work on Building B2 is progressing just as smoothly. The building structure and masonry walls are complete, and all windows have been installed.

Installations, plastering, flooring, and the façade are all at an advanced stage. Interior finishing work has also begun, while landscaping of the patio and surrounding grounds is underway in parallel.

The original schedule called for completion in March 2027. Thanks to efficient organization and strong project momentum, Activ Investment now plans to finish Building B2 before the end of 2026.
