The ŚwiatoVida project, located on Pałuków Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, is entering its final stage. Building B1 is nearly finished – construction work is scheduled to wrap up this summer, and the first residents will be able to collect their keys and start moving in this fall.
This is an important moment not only for future apartment owners but also for the developer, Activ Investment. ŚwiatoVida is the company’s first project in Białołęka – a district that has become one of the most important areas for residential growth in Warsaw in recent years.
ŚwiatoVida is being built on Pałuków Street, right next to the Galeria Północna shopping mall. The location combines everyday convenience, access to a well-developed network of shops and services, and good transport links to other parts of the city. It is one of those addresses in the Tarchomin neighborhood that meets the needs of both regular residents and people looking for properties with investment potential.
The project offers a total of 311 apartments. With various sizes and functional layouts, the offer is aimed at first-time homebuyers in Warsaw, families, and investors planning to buy to rent.
The most advanced work is currently taking place on building B1. Construction is expected to finish this summer, meaning future residents will be able to collect their keys as early as this fall. This will allow them to easily plan their interior finishing work and move into their new homes before the end of the year.
At the same time, work is moving forward on building B2, which is also taking its final shape week by week. Current work includes the building facade, finishing common areas, and preparing the space around the property.
At this stage, ŚwiatoVida is gradually turning from a construction site into a finished part of Białołęka’s urban space. The project is designed to combine residential space with retail units and well-planned greenery, creating a comfortable place to live in one of the fastest-growing parts of Warsaw.
Only the last 2-room investment apartments (subject to 23% VAT) remain on sale. This is an option for clients looking for a rental property in a well-connected location with access to full city infrastructure.
The main advantages of the ŚwiatoVida project are its location near Galeria Północna, a wide range of nearby services, and a strong rental potential driven by the character of the district. Białołęka attracts people who want to live in Warsaw but are also looking for functional apartments in a well-designed environment.
The ŚwiatoVida project is Activ Investment’s first development in this part of Warsaw, but not the last. The company is currently finalizing the purchase of another plot of land in Białołęka, confirming its long-term interest in this market.
The new project is still in the very early stages of preparation, so details will be shared at a later date. However, it is already clear that Białołęka remains an important direction for Activ Investment’s further growth in Warsaw.
