The housing estate at Dolna Street in Gliwice is now complete – we’re handing over the final keys

We are pleased to announce that construction of the housing estate at Dolna Street in Gliwice has been completed. We are currently handing over the apartments – first in buildings C and D, followed shortly by building E, which marks the final phase of the project. This is a special moment for us – not just the end of construction, but the beginning of a new chapter for over 100 families who chose this place as their home.

Gliwice has always held a special place for Activ Investment. This project marks our return to the city after many years of dynamic development in the Katowice market. The success of this investment – both in terms of sales and recognition – makes it even more meaningful. All 102 apartments were sold before the final stage of construction was completed.

Three stages – five buildings – one cohesive vision

The housing estate was developed in three stages:

• Stage I (2022): buildings A and B, with 36 apartments and parking spaces, including spaces for people with disabilities.
• Stage II (from December 2023): buildings C and D, delivering 43 more apartments and nearly 50 parking spaces.
• Stage III (2024): building E, just completed – and fully sold out even before the final construction works ended.

The housing estate at Dolna Street was designed with everyday comfort in mind. It’s a car-free space filled with greenery, calm, and a sense of intimacy between the buildings.
