Nova Mikołowska nominated for the SARP 2024 Award!

Our Nova Mikołowska development in Katowice has been nominated for the prestigious SARP 2024 Award of the Year competition! Out of more than 80 submitted projects, the jury selected the projects that made it to the finals. In the “Multi-family residential building” category was our project, which includes two buildings with commercial units, harmoniously integrated into the Old Katowice area.

Our goal was to create a space that enriches the historic buildings of the city center, combining the character of downtown with friendly squares and plazas. We took care of the openness and accessibility of the space, which is emphasized by numerous arcades and passages in the form of gates leading to the interior of the estate, creating free connections with the surroundings.

The development includes 2 residential buildings with 353 apartments, almost 450 parking spaces and 20 commercial premises. Construction of the development was completed in the second quarter of 2022 at Strzelecka Street/Raciborska Street in Katowice.
