The plot at Przewóz Street in Krakow has been purchased! – Preparations for the new investment are underway.

We are pleased to announce that Activ Investment is expanding its Krakow portfolio with another attractive location. We have completed the purchase of a plot of land located on Przewóz Street in the Podgórze district. This is where a modern multi-family residential building will be constructed, designed with functionality, comfort, and the everyday needs of future residents in mind.

What are our plans?

According to the design assumptions, the new investment will include:

• one 8-story residential building,
• 68 units of various sizes — from compact apartments of approx. 37 m² to larger, over 70 m² spaces for families,
• parking spaces: in an underground garage, on the ground floor, and outside the investment.

All apartments will have balconies or terraces, and the functional layouts will be optimized to make the most of the available space.
