Braniborska 44 is located in the center of Wroclaw, just 1 km from the Market Square. The project assumed the construction of 2 residential and service buildings connected by a common patio, landscaped with greenery and elements of small architecture. On the first floor, on the side of Braniborska Street, service premises with large glass windows were envisaged. The investment includes 319 apartments.
The design and realization of the Braniborska 44 project received an honorable mention in the 2021 Façade of the Year competition and was nominated for the finals of the 2022 Life Challenge international competition.
Braniborska 44 is located in a dynamically developing area of the city, just a 20-minute walk from Wroclaw’s Market Square. Braniborska Street, where the investment is located, is very well connected with the Old Town. It is only 200 meters from the nearest streetcar stop, and the journey itself will take no more than 5 minutes. Due to its proximity to the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the investment there is no shortage of schools, kindergartens, pharmacies and all the infrastructure for a comfortable life.
