New land purchase in Warsaw

Activ Investment is beginning to expand into new cities in Poland. In Warsaw, the capital of Poland, we have purchased a plot of 8,000 sqm. The big advantage of this investment is the location. The plot is located in the Białołęka district in the immediate vicinity of the largest shopping center in this part of the city – Galeria Północna.

Bialoleka is a district with extraordinary potential. It is one of the most popular residential districts in Warsaw. There are both estates of single-family houses and high, modern residential areas.

The plot of 8000 sqm is perfectly communicated with the center of Warsaw. At a distance of 50 m there are public transportation stops. A great advantage is also the direct vicinity of the Galeria Północna shopping center, providing access to all kinds of retail outlets and services.

Acquisition of the new plot is in accordance with the company’s goal of dynamic growth, expansion of the land bank and expansion into new cities in Poland.
