The success of the Nova Mikołowska development in Katowice

Impressive figures! After only 150 days of construction, we have sold over 100 flats in the Mikolowska, Katowice development. The earthworks of the first construction phase were successfully completed and the 2-storey underground garages were finished.

But there is more to come: Due to the high demand and the rapid progress of construction, we are in final negotiations on another building project in the immediate vicinity of our Mikolowska building project.
