We have completed construction on Racławicka Street – the new ZEITRAUM dormitory is now open.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the investment project on Racławicka Street in Krakow, carried out by Activ Investment for Zeitgeist Asset Management.

It was a valuable and inspiring collaboration for our team, for which we would like to thank our partner. The result of our joint efforts is the modern ZEITRAUM building – certified to the BREEAM standard, which combines high living comfort with a convenient location, just a few minutes from the city center.

The project includes 289 places in the PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) segment and 182 fully furnished PRS apartments. Both parts are operated by ZEITRAUM Hospitality & Living, a subsidiary of Zeitgeist Asset Management specializing in modern forms of accommodation. In September, the building welcomed its first residents.

It is a special moment to see how the space that has been created before our eyes over the last few months is becoming a place for meeting, learning, and everyday life. We wish all students and residents inspiring moments, valuable friendships, and unforgettable experiences in their new home.
